Licensed Foster Care

The Licensed Foster Care caseload is the unduplicated count of children whose foster parents receive payments through Foster Care programs (Basic Foster Care/Receiving Care and Behavioral Rehabilitative Services). The Foster Care program provides services to children who need temporary out-of-home placement due to child abuse, neglect or family conflict.
